What You’ll Do

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner

Learn our proven sales process through hands-on training

Help customers find the right vehicle for their needs and budget

Demonstrate vehicle features and technology

Conduct test drives

Follow up with internet leads, phone leads, and showroom customers

Build relationships and create repeat business

Work alongside managers and trainers to develop your skills

Use video, phone, text, and email communication with customers

Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

Comfortable using phones, texting, and basic computer systems

Sales or customer service experience is helpful but NOT required
